LN-AUDIT s.r.o. was founded in October, 1999 by the auditor Ing. Václav Vlček. It deals with auditing, accountancy, and economic and tax consulting.

Although being a relatively new company, its employees have long-time experience with the provided services; Ing. Václav Vlček became the auditor already in 1991, and his assistants have worked in the economic and accounting sphere for a long time. At present, there are 10 employees in the company; 1 auditor and 4 auditor assistants. The company was registered with the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic in December, 1999, with the certificate number 333.

The quarters of the company are in the centre of Louny – in the street Na Valích 510, near the large parking place.
